Heart Chakra ~ High Frequency Release Meditation

This meditation was very vivid with garnets, ladybugs and mother of pearl staircase. It was a high frequency release of forgiveness and just releasing what is not serving you anymore. Done at these frequency the release feels peaceful. There is good luck brought in by the ladybugs and a surrounding of love. We also go into the physical heart and do some clean up work.
